You blink slightly, looking over at the Riph-tal who stands over some water-covered land. He waits until you reach him before speaking. <Hello, visitor. Welcome to Intera.>

Confused, you pull out your map. Bekonoret, Jaina, Gaza, Kai'nev, Kiosko, Tevi, Lokk, Rivi, Saki, Callava... "You idiot! there is no Intera!"

<Not on that map.> He walks over to you and points to an area in between Kiosko and Kai'nev. <That is where Intera is expected to surface in a few years. However, in what the humans call 'summertime', the island surfaces a little, mostly from the tides. A particular race of birds migrate to breed on Intera when that happens, and the migration of those birds marks the beginning of the new season� Festival.>

"So then what?"

<My dear boy, it's called festival for a reason... that's the time when Hylans marry, the Knucks brood... and your tour guide, Jekkal, is holding her third annual festival awards this year. She hopes this time she can get it so that fans can do more with less effort.>

"How so?"

<The first thing is that she wants nominees to be currently in action... which is why she's accepting nominations. Simply fill out the form for one nominee, and send it in. A few rules, however:

Awards

1. You may only nominate another person for an award; you may not nominate yourself. You may submit as many nominations as you like. 

2. Nominations will be accepted until July 31.

3. Voting will start on August 4 and continue until August 25.

4. The awards ceremony will be posted on August 31.

SIZ Zonebook Contest

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Categories available to pull up the ZoneBook Contest catagory.

2. Submit an image of a character(s) (your persona, preferably) in Festival attire, which can range from costumes to fancy clothes to paint.

3: The picture must be 200 pixels wide by 282 pixels high so that they can be featured in the zonebook. If your picture does not fit this standard, you may crop the image to fit.

4. No pictures taken with an analog or digital camera will be accepted. ALL PICTURES MUST BE DRAWN.

5. Submissions will be accepted until July 31, and then will be voted on along with the awards catagories.

<Remember, there is a limit of ten nominations per category. 
If needed, Jekkal will decide which nominees are to be voted on.>
