"The newspapers were wrong." You say to Jekkal, "Alcatraz is not the rock."

"Well, don't say that to the Jaipai's faces. They're quite proud of their place."

"What's a Jaipai look like, anyway?"

"They're about as varied as my kind is." She says, and before she can go any further, one of them stops you.

"Hello Jekkal." The black-furred female spoke, sitting on a sand dune. You note her cream-colored wings, which are a stark contrast.

"Hey Luna." She replies.

"Another one?" The girl sighs.

"Of course."

"Too bad. There's a virus going around... we're not sure what it is, but we wouldn't want any of the travelers to catch it. I'm afraid you can't visit the island now. Give us some time to recuperate."
